Hotel location is very good. Foods are average. No telephone service in room. TV not working. no mirror in washroom. Room services are average. Wi-Fi not working. Overall experience is bad.

that hotel is still in construction and the beds bedsheets aren't clean and room is also having some smell.but for that night we don't have other option but to stay there.its a terrible ****** the first they have given a corner room which was very bad then after asking and some discussion , they have given another room but this room is also like the same. no pictures

Everything was massy, stinky rooms and washrooms. Geyser not working. If i go out then we have to wait 30 min to open the room.

Room is not well maintained. TV not working even after informing the staff about it. Food was good. quantity n quality good. staff was well mannered

This was a very horrifying experience. None of the mentioned facilities are available. The entire building is dilapidated and under construction. There is no proper cleaning, and the washroom is not clean either. Any booking made at this hotel is a complete waste of money. I want a full refund.

The hotel room was very untidy and unhygenic it doesnt mean if the guest is coming for hourly stay you treat them limr this..

The wifi didn't worked. They didn't even had a cup of tea when ordered. Had to argue for that. The items in the menu were not available and was forced to order only meal they said was available and that too was delivered incomplete. The meal consisted of dal, rice, salad and one more item they delivered dal and roti. When questioning they gave rice. I dont recommend anyone staying there should remove this hotel from their list
